These terms govern conversational text messages sent by Rocket Girl Enterprise LLC, operating as Rocket Girl Pilot Cars (“Rocket Girl,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By opting in to or using our text messaging service, you agree to these terms.

Rocket Girl uses SMS for low-volume, person-to-person conversations between our employees and customers, carriers, dispatchers, drivers, or pilot car escorts. Messages may concern escort requests, availability, pickup and delivery details, route and job coordination, rates, credentials, invoice receipt, or payment status.
This text messaging service is not used for marketing blasts, promotional campaigns, bulk messaging, or automated API-driven alerts.
Opting in and consent
You may opt in by selecting the optional, unchecked SMS consent box when submitting a request on our website or by replying START when prompted in a text conversation. Consent to text messaging is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services.
By opting in, you authorize Rocket Girl employees to send conversational text messages to the mobile number you provided for the purposes described above. You also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your choice.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, requested services, and active job coordination. Rocket Girl does not charge for this text messaging service, but message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from messages sent by a Rocket Girl number. You may also use QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After an opt-out request, you may receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent from that number unless you reply START to resume.

Privacy
We use information provided through the text messaging service to deliver messages, respond to you, coordinate services, and maintain appropriate business and consent records. Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
